Production Process & Quality Control
The production process at Paxy Chem is completely closed flow ensuring minimum product exposure to outside environment. Besides conventional stainless steel machinery like reactors, vessels, filters and centrifuges etc., Paxy Chem has a well designed all Stainless Steel drying system with a high production capacity.
A well equipped laboratory, proper documentation, inbuilt quality control checks carried out at all stages of production, ensure a high quality product. Many check and limits have been developed in-house and are enforced strictly.
